Infrared rays can penetrate up to two inches into the body and encourage blood circulation while kicking the immune system into action. While giving the circulatory system a workout (you can burn up to 600 calories in 30 minutes) the body sweats out the toxins through pores in the skin.

Our Prema personal infrared saunas are meant for individual use therefore you have your own private room. However, couples are welcome to detox together as the saunas can fit up to two people. You will be encouraged to completely disrobe to experience full comfort and relaxation. Towels, robes, slippers and showers are available and you are welcome to sit in our relaxation room following your session. The recommended time for detoxification is a minimum of 30 minutes with a maximum of 45 minutes. To warm up the body before a massage treatment, 15 minutes is a great start.
